PHYS-413 Quantum Mechanics

Develop theoretical framework for describing nanoscopic phenomena. Wave-particle duality, wave functions, Schrodinger’s equation, quantized energy states, quantum tunneling, angular momentum and spin, time-dependent perturbation theory.
Prerequisites: take PHYS 313  and either MATH 250  or MATH 255
