(3 cr.) Repeatable for Credit: No Extensive examination of the International Building Code. Intent and purpose of codes and regulations are presented, discussed, and reasoned. Contemporary issues in the construction industry are evaluated by students. Particular emphasis is placed on preparing the student for the ICC Certified Inspector examination.
