Quality Engineering Minor

Introduction

The Quality Engineering Minor for Engineering degree seeking students, provides specific and focused content and activities which contribute to preparation for careers in quality discipline. Completion of the minor prepares participants to pursue further credentials in the quality area, including America Society for Quality (ASQ) certification tests.  

Students earn the minor by completing the listed courses with a “B-“or better in each required course. The required courses are offered in a variety of formats and schedules. While all the courses are available on UW-Stout campus, several are also available online or on evening and weekends. The courses are also offered on sites with large concentration of registered students. 

Who may enroll?

Any person interested in quality engineering and/or Six Sigma certification may enroll. To get started, apply online to UW-Stout.

  • Apply statistical analysis tools to problem solving
