This minor equips students with essential skills to understand and manage the technology systems that drive modern businesses. Aimed at those interested in the intersection of business operations and technology, the program covers analysis, implementation, and management of enterprise systems to enhance organizational efficiency. Through hands-on coursework and practical projects, students explore systems analysis and design, enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), management information systems (MIS), user acceptance testing, agile methodologies, emerging technologies, and IT policy.
