Communication Studies Minor

The Communication Studies minor enhances your ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, work both independently and collaboratively with others in group settings, and understand a variety of perspectives and backgrounds. 
No matter your major or career path the Communication Studies minor offers you the skills necessary to share your passion and ideas across majors, programs, and boundaries. 

Employers look for employees with strong verbal and written communication skills. A Communication Studies minor on your resume lets potential employers know you have skills they seek, setting you apart from other job seekers. 
A variety of major programs pair nicely with this minor, including but not limited to Business Administration, Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management, Human Development and Family Studies, and Psychology. 

Program Requirements (15 credits)
