The Esports Management Certificate prepares students for leadership roles in the fast-growing esports industry by providing a strong foundation in event planning, team management, marketing, and business operations. Students will learn how to manage esports teams, organize live events, develop proposals, and navigate the legal and ethical issues unique to competitive gaming. Hands-on projects and management practice with UW-Stout’s esports teams will equip learners with the skills in event coordination, strategic planning, collaboration, and communication needed to succed in a variety of business and media fields.
