The Human Resource Management (HR) minor equips students with foundational knowledge and practical skills in managing people and organizational systems. Designed to complement a wide range of majors, this minor enhances students’ understanding of HR selection, workplace dynamics, talent development, employment law, and strategic HR practices that drive organizational success.
