The Property Management minor provides a solid foundation in real estate development and finance, law, sales and leasing, market analysis, and property asset management.
Students will gain the necessary skills in administration, operation, marketing, and maintenance of properties. Properties range from apartments and condominiums to community associations and public housing, vacation rentals to offices, industrial parks, and shopping centers.
The minor is a highly marketable addition to a Construction, Business, Interior Design, Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management, or Golf Enterprise Management degree.
