Human Resources, M.S.: 2-year sequence  

Introduction

The Master of Science in Human Resources prepares professionals to design, implement, and lead people-centered workforce strategies that support organizational performance and employee success. Designed for professionals seeking career advancement or transitioning into HR roles, the program emphasizes applied, career-focused learning through experiential coursework, industry-relevant projects, and data-informed decision-making. Graduate certificates serve as structured educational pathways into the program, while elective options in human resource management and human resource development allow students to customize their degree experience. Graduates are prepared for professional HR roles across private, public, and nonprofit sectors and for advancement into leadership positions requiring strategic, analytical, and interpersonal expertise.
